Art, Joy and their good buddy Mitch cover the top releases in theaters and then rant on about indecisive people standing in line for movie tickets and food. We push a very good  Tommy Lee Jones and John Goodman film from 2009  that never hit the big screen, In the Electric Mist. We bring in junior movie reviewer Sydney who gives us the low down on Gnomeo & Juliet from a ten years olds perspective—-and warns TMG to never sing on the radio. We all chime in on Just Go with It and The Roommate–two pretty average releases with big stars. TMG thinks Adam Sandler just needs to up his game and cut the potty humor which is way to prevalent in all his material. Leighton Meester and Minka Kelly are great eye candy in a pretty creepy film about college roommates. Neither look anything like college freshman though. Is that good or bad? We feature Michael Caine as our star of the week given his voice over in Gnomeo & Juliet.  We salute Juliette, Georgia scene of Fried Green Tomatoes (1991) and pay tribute to fallen movie star Kenneth Mars who died this week at the age of 75.  Mars, a Chicago native,  was  not a household name but played several key roles in Mel Brooks films. We play more of  “we name the plot, you name the movie” and more.
