2011 is off to a great start.  Joy Lynn takes command of the show and insists on top billing so we are playing with a new show title.  TMG kind of likes the ring of it so like any smart male, he capitulates early.  We decide to invite guests Lucy and Travis in for the whole show.  TMG really saves big bucks by skipping his famous dinner segment.  Listen in while TMG and Joy Lynn rant about why American Airlines is the worst company in America—even Expedia refuses to work with these scumbags of the air.  Fortunately, we have movies. Joy Lynn and TMG disagree a bit over the value of True Grit.  TMG really enjoyed it while Joy Lynn was annoyed with Jeff Bridges marble voice and lack of action. We skipped a DVD to discuss The Fighter with Mark Wahlberg. Joy Lynn and TMG really split over the value or creepiness of Black Swan. TMG is surprised as heck but raves over the blockbuster hit, The King’s Speech and gives it a rare TMG 10.0 rating. We salute Waimea on the Big Island of Hawaii where TMG goofed off during his Christmas break.  Mele Kalikimaka to all! Our celluloid hero if the week is  True Grit and Tron: Legacy star Jeff Bridges. We play an extended round of Dead or Alive with Lucy and Travis… and more.
